It is a comfortable hotel with excellent serving. It is located on a very quiet street. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The water system in the sea however is very shallow and not desirable for swimming. Internet is available in the room,

all the same quite expensive and should be included in the roomrate of a 4 star hotel renaissance.

the volume of service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. we have locomoted extensively through europe and this monetary standard of service is up there with the best i have seen.
if i ever return to koh samui, i would not think to stay any place else. keep up the great work.
