Baan Haad Yao Villa’s is located within the plush palms on Haad Yao Beach of Koh Phangan. Haad Yao is one of the most popular snorkeling sites with the beautiful coral reef in the turquoise water of this beautiful island. It is also a thriving tourist hot-spot with plenty things to do and easy to access the rest of the island. Excellent accommodation – beautiful pool and gardens!! Great staff and great food – just don t expect all meals to come at one time (!!) Beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants on the beach…other than that it is in the middle of no where!! Taxi is 200 baht each to Haad Rin.

There are twenty five villas built in a modern Thai style. Each villa is spacious with a living room and large open air bathroom plus all mod cons including air-com, fan, refrigerator, satellite TV and DVD player in some of the ranges. Each villa can accommodate from one to four guests with ease.

The villas are built to surround the large swimming pool, and there are four different kinds of villa available including Poolside, Pool View, Ocean View and slightly larger Family Villas. Just above the villas on the hill is the Baan Haad Yao Villa’s Hotel which offers sea view rooms as part of this large complex.

The beach at Haad Yao is one of the most famous on the island and offers a long and deep sandy beach with plenty of activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and diving there are three diving schools on the beach. The beach is just a few seconds walk along the plat from. Our restaurant serves both Thai and international food from its extensive menu.

Visit the gardens at Baan Haad Yao Villas offer a huge variety of Thai flora and fauna with banana palms, orchids, birds of paradise, Thai marigolds and much more. Great pride has been taken in putting the resort together to integrate the sustainable wooden construction materials with the natural surroundings.

The reception provides a free computer with internet for our guests to use at and we will pick up our guests for free from the pier at Thongsala. At Baan Haad Yao Villas, we have something for everyone and everyone should come and see for themselves.

It was a very nice place to stay.We had a poolvilla,with 1 double and 1 triple bed so good for a family with 3 children.It is only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach where it is beautiful to snorkel.and some nice restaurants for dinner.Go to the one who looks over the beach on the hill. A/C room and 2 fans, nice bathroom. I would recommend this hotel,good price/quality .Nice people. Rent a scooter and go tour along the coast road,easy to do and great in Baan Haad Yao Villa Resort Koh Phangan Beach beautiful pool and gardens.
